Arrival information for your stay
Dear guests of GM House, mobile house near Kolpa river,
We have prepared this information to help you start your stay.
You must check-in at least one day before your arrival. The online form can be found at the following link: ONLINE CHECK-IN
Enter the EXACT details of ALL GUESTS (including alphabetic characters, the details must be the same as on the identity document). Please note that you must also include a picture of the back of your ID, as well as of all the people who will be staying with you.
After completing and submitting the form, you will receive a feedback message from the BIG BERRY reception with information on how to enter the campsite, the mobile home and any other instructions. If you do not receive any feedback, something has gone wrong with your registration and you should contact us. Without registration, you will not be able to enter the camp and mobile house.

Leave highway at the exit for Novo mesto – vzhod (east), and then follow the signs for Metlika – Črnomelj. In Metlika, in the main crossroad turn right towards Metlika-Podzemelj-Črnomelj. After crossing the railroad you will reach city limit of Primostek. Right after that, after crossing the river Lahinja turn left. Between houses follow the road few times left and lastly lower down the hill and you will reach Big Berry Kolpa Resort.
Arrival time
Check-in is possible after 15:00 on the day of arrival.

You can open the ramp yourself (entry/exit) by calling +386 64 241 296 from the phone number you entered during check-in registration.
Reception
The BIG BERRY reception is open Monday to Friday from 8.00 – 16.00, and on Holidays and weekends from 8.00 – 10.00.

Technical assistance for guests
We are available 24 hours a day on telephone number +386 64 155 925. and during working hours at the reception.
After passing the reception, you enter the mobile home area. To access our mobile house, you need to go all the way to the end of this area. Please find below a map of the BIG BERRY to help you get an idea. The mobile house you will be staying in is marked with a plot number (P35) on the terrace.
Parking
There is a gravel road on the left side of the road, which is a parking area. The parking spaces end just at the start of our mobile house. Please park as close to the mobile house as possible. There is a turning point at the end if you need it. If the parking close by is full, please stop your car at the mobile house, unpack, and then park your car in the BIG BERRY outdoor car park or any available parking space.
Key to the mobile house
The key is located in the safe by the side of the front door. You will receive an access code by SMS and email on the day of your arrival. (To use the safe: Use the combination lock to select the code numbers, and use the black pin to the left of numbers to open the safe, then take the key and close the safe back up and use the key to unlock the mobile house).
Equipment and use
The GM House mobile house is fully equipped. Everything in the mobile house is available for you to use. The exact list of equipment can be found in the info folder. There are also instructions on how to use the appliances. Please take good care of the items provided.
The swimming season for rivers and lakes in Slovenia runs from 15 June to 31 August. Swimming is at your own risk.

Check-out is at reception from 08:00 to 10:00 on the day of departure. At that time, you will also pay the tourist tax (adults: EUR 1.80/day, children: EUR 0.90/day), the registration fee (EUR 1.50/person), pet fee (10 EUR/pet/day) and any additional services used (according to the reception’s price list).
