GM House mobile home is located right next to the river Kolpa in the BIG BERRY Kolpa Resort.
The GM House is divided into a living area which is equipped in a modern style with all equipment you would need for a carefree vacation or holiday and a large covered terrace. In the immediate vicinity are tall trees that offer additional shade and one of the entrances for swimming in the river Kolpa.
Inside, there is a living area with a sofa bed which is suitable for two people and a flatscreen TV. Equipped kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms with double beds. The kitchen has dishes and utensils that would be needed for food preparation (stove, refrigerator with freezer). The bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet and massage shower. The house is air conditioned with inverter air conditioning, which also allows heating on colder days.

GM House mobile house has in second bedroom bunk beds and house BB has a double/full XL bed.
House BB has a darker interior (wood/antracit combination), meanwhile GM House has a lighter interior (bright wood with blue inserts).

Standard rate
To guarantee your reservation, an advance payment on the current account in the amount of 30% of the amount of the arrangement is required. After receiving the advance payment, the reservation is fixed and you will receive a booking confirmation.
The rest of the payment must be paid 7 days before the date of arrival.
Cancellation policy
The reservation is valid until 24:00, on the day of arrival.
You can cancel your reservation online no later than 0 days before arrival.
In case the guest does not show up at the mobile home, 100.00% of the reservation amount will be charged.
In case of cancellation 7-0 days before arrival, 100.00% of the amount of the arrangement will be charged.
In case of cancellation 14-7 days before arrival, 30.00% of the arrangement amount will be charged.
