· Other data that the user voluntarily provides to the provider upon request for certain services that require this information and other data that the user voluntarily provides subsequently in his profile.
We do not collect or process your data, except when you allow us to do so or. agree to it, ie. when ordering products or services, e.g. you participate in a prize draw, etc., or where there is a legal basis for the collection of personal data or the provider has a legitimate interest in the process.
We are not responsible for the correctness, completeness and up-to-dates of the data entered by users.
Why we process personal data
We process your personal data in different situations for different purposes. We will only process personal data for specific, explicit and lawful purposes and will not further process personal data in a manner incompatible with those purposes.
If you visit the websites of our online store, where we also use cookies, we use your data primarily to determine the number of visitors and improve our services.
If you make a purchase with us, we use your information to process your order, protect our legal claims and meet our legal obligations. With the help of your contact information and other information, we can display and send you our customized offers at the same time. Processing by law and contractual relations

GM House also collects and processes (uses) your personal information for the following purposes when you consent to it:
- ensuring that you access and use your online account with the provider and the provider’s online store and for technical reasons of administration on the provider’s website,
- ensuring that you can access the specific information available to you on the provider’s website and on your online account / profile provided by the provider,
- sending commercial offers and other content via email, SMS, regular mail or telephone calls, when there is no other basis for this and you have agreed to do so,
- other purposes for which you specifically agree to cooperate with the provider.
Links to foreign websites
From our website it leads some links to other websites. The visitor must be aware, understand and accept that these sites have their own privacy policies, for which we are not responsible and which are independent of our privacy policy.
Retention of personal data
We will only retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to achieve the purpose for which the personal data was collected and further processed (e.g. to fulfill your orders, verify your payments and fulfill other obligations and / or your obligations, to ensure to be able to access specific information available to you, etc.).
Those personal data that we process on the basis of the law will be kept for the period prescribed by law.
Those personal data that we process for the purpose of performing a contractual relationship with an individual will be kept for the period necessary to perform the contract and for 5 years after its termination, except in cases where there is a dispute between you and us regarding the contract; in such a case, we keep the data for 5 years after the final decision of the court or arbitration or settlement or if there was no court dispute 5 years from the date of peaceful settlement of the dispute.
Those personal data that we process on the basis of the personal consent of the individual will be stored permanently, until the revocation of this consent by the individual or requests to interrupt processing. Such data shall be deleted before revocation only when the purpose of personal data processing has already been achieved or if so provided by law. At the end of the retention period, the controller shall delete or anonymise the personal data efficiently and permanently, so that they can no longer be linked to a specific individual.
Transmission of personal data
In most cases, we process your data for our own purposes as their controller. In such a case, we provide your data to our processors to ensure payment, transportation and other matters related to your order. Contractual processors may process confidential data exclusively on our behalf, within the limits of our authority (in a written contract or other legal act) and in accordance with the purposes defined in this privacy policy and are the same as our purposes.

For the purposes of reliable identification in the case of exercising rights in relation to personal data, the controller may request additional data from the individual, and may refuse to act only if he proves that he cannot reliably identify the individual.
The controller must respond to a request from an individual exercising his or her rights in relation to personal data without undue delay and at the latest within one month of receiving the request.
If we do not decide on your request within the legal deadline or reject your request, you have the option of filing a complaint with the Information Commissioner.
