Standard rate

To guarantee your reservation, an advance payment on the current account in the amount of 30% of the amount of the arrangement is required. After receiving the advance payment, the reservation is fixed and you will receive a booking confirmation.

The rest of the payment must be paid 7 days before the date of arrival.

Cancellation policy

The reservation is valid until 24:00, on the day of arrival.
You can cancel your reservation online no later than 0 days before arrival.
In case the guest does not show up at the mobile home, 100.00% of the reservation amount will be charged.
In case of cancellation 7-0 days before arrival, 100.00% of the amount of the arrangement will be charged.
In case of cancellation 14-7 days before arrival, 30.00% of the arrangement amount will be charged.

Non-refundable rate

To guarantee your reservation, an advance payment on the current account in the amount of 100% of the amount of the arrangement is required. After receiving the advance payment, the reservation is fixed and you will receive a booking confirmation.

Check in / out

Check-in is possible immediately after 15:00, on the day of arrival.
Check-out from the facility must be done by 10:00, on the day of departure.
Late check-out from the mobile home will be charged extra.

Children

Children aged 3 and over are treated as adults and are therefore charged full price. When booking, children older than the above are required to be added to the adults.

Change or cancellation of a reservation

If you wish to change or cancel an existing reservation, you can do so in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.

We reserve the right to unsubscribe or change the reservation in the event of an abuse of the reservation system or an error due to the negligence of the user.

Covid-19 warranty

Cancellations due to government action and the consequent closure of the resort are free of charge. Cancellation due to infection or suspected infection with COVID-19 is free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival, regardless of the previously chosen cancellation policy.

Benefits

Rent a mobile home GM House, which lasts 5 days and more, he is entitled to a 5% discount.
Rent for 10 days or more = 10% discount.
Discounts on the duration of the reservation do not add up and are mutually exclusive.

First Minute reservation (until 15.3) = additional 3% discount. The discount is added to the previous possible benefits.

Additional charges

Obligatory surcharges (must be paid at the reception upon check-in at the reception of the camp Big Berry Kolpa Resort)

Tourist tax = 1.80 € / person / night
Registration fee = 1 € / person
Pet = 5 € / animal / day

Additional surcharges (optional)

If you want, the Big Berry Kolpa Resort offers a lot of additional activities and services that can enhance your vacation along the river Kolpa. Ask for more information at the campsite reception or read the advertising brochure located in the GM House mobile home.

Limitation of liability

Although we do our best to ensure that the information published on our websites is up-to-date and correct, unfortunately we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy and reliability of all published information at all times. We will take all warnings seriously and correct the published information immediately. We accept no liability for any consequences arising from the use of information published on these websites or the temporary inactivity of the websites. We reserve the right to change the content on a daily basis, errors in prices and written text. By using the website, the visitor, user or customer confirms that he accepts the described conditions and agrees with them.

Changes in business conditions

Gregor Močnik s.p. may also change these terms of business, about which it will inform its users or customers in an appropriate way, which includes notification via the website www.nakolpi.si .

Amendments to the Terms and Conditions shall enter into force and apply upon the expiry of an eight-day period from publication.

Complaints and disputes

We comply with applicable consumer protection legislation and make every effort to fulfill our duty to ensure an effective complaint handling system.

The complaint is submitted via the e-mail address info@nakolpi.si , to the telephone number +386 68 946-781 or in writing by mail to the address Gregor Močnik s.p., Peske 3, SI-1236 Trzin. The appeal procedure is confidential. We undertake to acknowledge receipt of the complaint within five working days, inform the customer how long we will process it and keep him informed of the progress of the procedure.

We are aware that an essential feature of consumer disputes is the disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the time and costs incurred in resolving the dispute, which is also the main obstacle to the consumer not initiating a dispute in court. We therefore strive to the best of our ability to resolve any disputes amicably.

In the case of judicial settlement of disputes, the court in Ljubljana has jurisdiction.
