Information for your carefree arrival
Dear guests of GM House, mobile house near Kolpa river,
we prepared this information for easier start of your stay.

LINK for the GPS Navigation should bring you to the destination without problems.
Leave highway at the exit for Novo mesto – vzhod (east), and then follow the signs for Metlika – Črnomelj. In Metlika, in the main crossroad turn right towards Metlika-Podzemelj-Črnomelj. After crossing the railroad you will reach city limit of Primostek. Right after that, after crossing the river Lahinja turn left. Between houses follow the road few times left and lastly lower down the hill and you will reach Big Berry Kolpa Resort.
After reaching Big Berry Kolpa resort ramp. Park your car and go in the reception area, there you will:
- Check – in after 15.00 (3 pm). You tell them you came to GM House (plot 36). You need ID’s (identification documents) for all the persons who will stay in the mobile house.
- Enter mobile number for opening the ramp. The number is: +386 64 241 296. They will add your phone number so you can open the ramp yourself with calling the number specified.
- Recieve the keys for the mobile house.
When you enter the resort past reception you enter the mobile house area. GM House is the last mobile house on the left side (with the best view). It has a number 36 on it’s terrace.
Parking
On the left of the road is a gravel road which is also the parking. The parking area ends right where our mobile house is. So try to park as close to the house as possible. If needed, at the end is a gravel roundabout so you can turn your car around. If this parking spots are all taken, stop the car near GM House mobile house, unload your luggage and then park the car in the outside parking of Big Berry Resort.
Equipment
Inside the mobile house you will receive the complete bedding set, slippers and 2 towels for each person (bigger and smaller), kitchen towel, bathroom rug, toilet paper, soap and dishwasher soap, sponge, dishes, pan, cutlery, water heater, basic spices (salt, pepper, garlic, oil, vinegar) and other equipment you might need for your stay. On the terrace there is a gas BBQ which is available for use.
Swimming season in Slovenia in rivers and lakes lasts from 15th June to 31st August.
Inside the mobile house there is an information book, which contains pricelists, special offers, instructions and manuals. It is also available online (currently still in work) HERE. Password: GMHouseGuest.
Check out is at the reception until 10.00 (10 am) on day of leaving. Then you will pay the tourist tax (adults: 0,90 EUR/day, kids: 0,45 EUR/day), registration fee (1,30 EUR/person), pet charge (5 EUR/day/pet) and any special offers you choose (prices in pricelist of Big Berry resort).
